What is the icon set you are using ? See in Tools > Options > LibreOffice > View If helpimg is selected, change for something else. Set status to NEEDINFO, please set it back to UNCONFIRMED once requested informations are provided. Best regards. JBF
Clarifcation, this is only for icon style Breeze Dark, after changing icon styles in Options - View, all other icon styles are operational.

JBF Added the clarification note and changed the status! Thanks for bringing icon styles to my attention, I now know it was only one style, Breeze Dark, that is not visible. Did not see anything around 'helpimg' on the view section.
