Step:
1. Open Writer, Calc, Impress, Draw
2. Insert a hyperlink and set the form as 'Button' rather than 'Text'
3. Right-click on the button
4. No entry to modify the hyperlink

The button is a form element, which you can edit with Form design toolbar, design mode on. Modified bug 44271 to address this in a way.
