Form Navigation Control - does not show first Record arrow, next record arrow & end of record arrow. It is there as the help shows when the curser is over correct spot and the code works o.k.

I can't confirm any buggy behavior here with LO 5.4.1.2, OpenSUSE 64bit rpm Linux and icon-theme Breeze, as shown in the attached image.

Please add the system you are using. Try to change the icon-theme in Options > LibreOffice ... Breeze has very thin lines so you couldn't see most of the icon in navigationbar, if the icon is disabled.
