Attachment 94797 [details] from Bug 75548 used to freeze Writer but it doesn't with 5.4.1 and 6.0+ There's another problem with that 2007 DOCX: "ADDIN ZOTERO_ITEM {"citationItems":[{"uri":["http://zotero.org/users/135266/items/JDFPJN4K"]}]}" instead of endnotes. Repro with 3.3 and 6.0+. OO doesn't opet it even briefly. This problem doesn't exist if docx saved in MSO as new docx.

Repro 6.4+. LO opens 47 pages with ADDIN ZOTERO_ITEM..., MSO opens 10 and then 44 pages with 65 endnotes. As noted, if DOCX resaved with MSO, LO opens 45 pages with endnotes. Reason is empty page after <notes> before endnotes begin, but that's another issue not worth reporting because document is messy.
I don't see the problem anymore in 7.2 since: https://git.libreoffice.org/core/+/7dd8f8aace536a8e60e87e61ee1d90d61fba15eb author László Németh <nemeth@numbertext.org> Wed Feb 17 09:47:43 2021 +0100 committer László Németh <nemeth@numbertext.org> Thu Feb 18 13:30:55 2021 +0100 tdf#120351 DOCX import: fix slow endnote import

Really so. I didn't expect this to be resolved :)
