Created attachment 136213 [details] Screenshot of Writer's page preview mode buttons When in Print Preview mode, the toolbar buttons * Single Page Preview * Two Pages Preview * Multiple Pages Preview are in Writer but not in Calc available. They are also useful for Calc (but not the Book Preview button) to have a better overview of printable pages and to make the most of wide screens.
In Writer you can still edit the document, it's rather a view mode. Calc, however, has a real print preview where all modifications to the sheet are impossible. Writer has an immanent page mode, Calc works on sheets and generates the pages just in time. And finally Calc doesn't offer any multi-page preview. => WF IMHO
(In reply to Heiko Tietze from comment #1) > In Writer you can still edit the document, it's rather a view mode. I think you are mistaken, as you cant edit a document in File > Print Preview mode. @Eike: Is it doable to implement into Calc's print preview the ability to show more than one page at a time, like it is there in writer?
