Description reimers 2017-09-28 10:23:54 UTC
Description:
After I 'tried' to update LO twice from 5272 to 536 with the downloaded file, the second try CORRECTLY proposed a repair. But also after that the current version DOES NOT CHANGE to the one stated above when starting LO with openening a document. In the program folder C_Program Files or C_Program Files (x86) there are no files newer than of June this year.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use windows 10 64 Bit AND LO in version 5.2.7.2
2. Use the Info first or at least the update feature and click the stable download version
3. Start the downloaded update (or versioning) file
4. After the updating process start LO with a document linked to it

You will not have an updated information at least in the info feature.

Actual Results:
As described above just try to update from v5272 to v536. It says the update was successful. But you won't see any new files in the programs folder under its disk path. Just in the help folder for my language de (german) and in the share folders uno_packages there are newer files than of June this year.

Expected Results:
I anted to see that I successfully updated to the required version. As it happened several times before.

Reproducible: Always

User Profile Reset: No. I have no idea, why and if that would or could help.

Additional Info:
Otherwise, earlier I also closed my firefox browser what I didn't do today. But earlier there were warnings to close (not all, but) specified applications.

I think it is not more than a Major Bug, because I strongly hope, that my current version of LO ist not infected or in other ways damaged or 'to-be-replaced-soon'.
