Description: Scroll bar not working correctly. Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open spread sheet with more rows than can be displayed on screen. 2.Click on scroll bar below thumb. 3.Spread sheet scrolls too far. Actual Results: Example. Last visible row is 48. Click on scroll bar. First row is now 97. Also very slow scrolling when dragging scroll bar thumb. Expected Results: The first shown row should be 49. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: I tried, but the "instructions" shown below don't tell me how to do that. It shows where it is, but NOT how to "reset" it. Additional Info: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/61.0.3163.100 Safari/537.36

Although I don't believe it is the case here, you can temporarily test with a fresh profile by starting in Safe mode (either from the Start menu or Help - Restart in safe mode and then Continue in safe mode).
The attachment is a text file, not a calc file.
