This is trivial, but am reporting it so, when I have time and it is wanted
I will supply a patch.
install debian sid, just run an example python macro and it fails.

this occurs when you create a toolbar button and attach the macro to it.

I have checked that the source of python have not changed since 4.1.0 for the code in concern.

I can't provided a document. This report is a remark about an erroneous line in the sdk python-uno. It's a very old report (4 years) but I checked the code with capitalisePython() had not changed. Just grep the source and you will find it.
Comment 4 Xisco Faulí 2017-10-02 09:00:07 UTC
I can't reproduce it

Version: 6.0.0.0.alpha0+
Build ID: 1d0fbc9927f357d25859b7cca7ea5e9a9637681e
CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 4.10; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3;
Locale: ca-ES (ca_ES.UTF-8); Calc: group

using the capitalisePython macro.

Could you please try it on your end?
