The context menu for editing sections was done in bug 102132, but unfortunately when you right-click on a index, the entry appears. steps 1. open attachment 86189 [details] 2. scroll to page 3 3. right-click on illustration index 4. notice at the bottom there is an 'edit section...' entry.
