Open Calc
Write some text in a cell
Change the text orientation
Increase the indent a few times
Issue: The indent is increased horizontally, not vertically. 
I think it should increase vertically.

I did: Format cells - Alignment - Vertically stacked

I confirm and I guess you are right.
