Description maegli_pe_ru 2017-10-24 09:01:46 UTC
Windows 10/64

When I try to open tables of my database I get this error:

LibreOffice benötigt eine Java-Laufzeitumgebung (JRE), um diese Aufgabe durchführen zu können. Bitte installieren Sie eine JRE und starten Sie dann LibreOffice neu.

I installed several versions of LibreOffice and Java JRE without success.

The current versions are Java 8 Update 151 and LibreOffice 5.3.6.1

I don't know since when it does not work. I used Base yeterday after about 2 months without using base

Believe this will happen if your JRE is not the same bit-level (32 or 64) as the build of LibreOffice. On 64-bit Windows 10, you can have either JRE installed, or both.

Do your LibreOffice build and JRE build match? And if both are installed, are you selecting the correct JRE/JDK (from Tools -> Options -> Advanced: Use a Java runtime environment check box and selection radiobutton).
