Description:
Crash each time I open or create a Base

Steps to Reproduce:
1.launch LibreOffice Base
2.Create a new database, or oepen an existing database
3.click next or terminated

Actual Results:  
immedialety crash

Expected Results:
normal use


Reproducible: Always
