Description:
When more then one tab is displayed at the top, either because more than one document is open, or the macro window is open, the tabs cover the icons on the tool bar at the top of the window.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a new spreadsheet
2.Take the Edit macros option
3.

Actual Results:  
The tabs cover the icons on the top toolbar.

Expected Results:
The toll bar should be visible.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No


OpenGL enabled: Yes
