Description:
The cursor is showing higher than it operates.  I have to put the cursor below whatever I want to click on.  This is both on tool bars and in the text body.  It is in both Documents and Spreadsheets.
I was using 5.3.6.1
HP Envy 360
I have reloaded 5.3.6 from my original download. The problem is still there.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Just start the program

Actual Results:  
Problem recurred

Expected Results:
I expected the results to be reproduced and they were.


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes


OpenGL enabled: Yes

Is there any version that works for you? Which is the version it first broke?

Fixed the OS and version info.

Please take a look to see the issue is similar (or exactly the same) as in bug 113616.
