Picture of the missing and defective bars

Menu bar and taskbar have disappeared. The menus are displayed but if you go to the symbols on which should be the menus.
Here e.g. left-aligned displays the menu for the windows. Below is the taskbar cut off.

This does not work under Windows 7, but under Windows 10.

The notebook is an HP 17-X114NG / i5 / 16/1 with an internal Intel HD Graphics 620 and a Radeon R7 M400.

Correction. It has to be called :This does not occur on Windows 7, but it does occur on Windows 10.

It is the Version 5.4.3.1 and she is not in the Version list, also i write it here.
