Description:
On pc Debian x86-64 with master sources updated today (d0dd80c8afd83dcfe0788d1c428996a9d8a85fa0), I got a crash when trying to access Languages in Options/tools

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open LO
2. Menu Tools/Options/Language Settings
3. Select Languages

Actual Results:  
Crash

Expected Results:
No Crash


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes


OpenGL enabled: Yes

Additional Info:
I don't reproduce this with https://gerrit.libreoffice.org/#/c/44398/

Fixed with https://cgit.freedesktop.org/libreoffice/core/commit/?id=1ad3f06427fc6c9da106666768fdf5b16a7bfc6b

Now I don't know if we need to cherry-pick this on 5.4

This was caused by new code in master, older branches should be unaffected.
