Description: In Calc, it is easy to create a cell comment (ctrl-alt-C). However it seems unintuitive that the same keyboard command cannot also be used to edit an existing comment. Also, the menu entry (Insert->Comment) is greyed out, so it is difficult to discover the way to do this. I suggest that instead of greying out the Insert->Comment entry in the menu, it be used to edit an existing comment in the case that there is one, and then the existing keyboard command can stay in place there. I do realise that there are entries for comment editing also in Sheet->Cell Comment->Edit/Hide/Show/Delete. After pressing ctrl-alt-C and having not luck, the next place I looked was the Edit menu. If Insert is in the Insert menu, then why isn't Edit in the Edit menu? Steps to Reproduce: Press ctrl-alt-C to edit a cell comment after one has been added on the selected cell. Actual Results: Nothing happens. Expected Results: Instead, the existing comment should be opened for editing. That would be the intuitive/expected behaviour here. Hi John, The easiest access is to right click into the cell. The next commands are then available: Edit Comment Delete Comment Show Comment
