Description:
Start LibreOffice Calc - main menu File - Open - in appeared dialog item 'Version' is not translated into Russian

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start LibreOffice Calc
2. Select main menu File - Open - in appeared dialog item 'Version' is not translated into Russian

Actual Results:  
item 'Version' has no Russian translation

Expected Results:
item translation 'Версия'

Semms to me that Vista File Picker implementation has no translation markers not only for "Version":
