Description:
Start LibreOffice Calc - open any dbf file with Cyrillic (DOS/OS2-866/Russian) character set. Try to Save as... that file as Cyrillic (Windows-1251) character set. Dialog appears with untranlated into Russian text 'Cell A2 contains characters that are not representable in the selected target character set "Кириллица (Windows-1251)".'

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start LibreOffice Calc
2. Open any dbf file with Cyrillic (DOS/OS2-866/Russian) character set
3. Try to Save as... that file as Cyrillic (Windows-1251) character set. Dialog appears with untranlated into Russian text 'Cell A2 contains characters that are not representable in the selected target character set "Кириллица (Windows-1251)".'

Actual Results:  
Dialog appeared with untranlated into Russian text 'Cell A2 contains characters that are not representable in the selected target character set "Кириллица (Windows-1251)".'

Expected Results:
Dialog should be translatedinto Russian
