PPTX (PowerPoint 2017) - same 3.84 pt before-paragraph spacing everywhere, LO: 5x as big for empty paragraphs
Maybe related to Bug 51340.
In PowerPoint, all lines have a before-paragraph spacing of 3.84pt (0.03", 1.02mm), i.e. both the two bullet paragraph and the empty paragraphs.
Hence, in MSO the second bullet point is in the middle of the page.
In LibreOffice 126.96.36.199 (Windows), the before-paragraph spacing is also 3.84pt for the two bullet lines.
BUT: All empty paragraphs have a before-paragraph spacing of 0.20"/4.99mm which is 5 times as much.
Hence, in LO the second bullet point is at the end of the page.
3.3 crashes on opening.

> Screen short - left PowerPoint 2003, right LO Impress 18.104.22.168
I just realized the screen short is a bit misleading as I should have zoomed out a bit more for PowerPoint as I clip the top/left part of the page. (The top/left position of both frames are the same.)
In any case, in LO, the second bullet ("* Line 2") is at the end of the page, in PowerPoint it is a bit lower than half of the page.
