If I am not wrong system strings like this one are taken from the OS. If your OS speak English (EN locale) you will see English system strings. You can check that you get French system strings if you use LO with FR translation on an OS with a FR locale. Additionally, Pootle tells that all FR translations for both UI and Help are complete until version 5.4. Closing as NotABug. Feel free to reopen if you disagree. Best regards. JBF
