Description: If I put an imported picture with smaller width than the page width in the very background and write a text paragraph in front of the picture the text is visible over the picture, but a paragraph backgroung color is clipped by the picture. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Import a picture and scale it down to halve the page width 2. mark picture -> select properties -> surrounding -> mark "in background" 3. insert text paragraph with background color Actual Results: text is visible in front of the picture, paragraph background not, clipped by the picture. Expected Results: paragraph background color visible in front of picture like paragraph text.
