Issue is not reproducing, arrow shapes mentioned are properly displayed. Tested on:
    • Operating system: Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bits.
    • LibreOffice: Version: 5.4.3.2 (x64)
      Build ID: 92a7159f7e4af62137622921e809f8546db437e5
      CPU threads: 4; OS: Windows 6.29; UI render: default; 
      Locale: en-US (en_US); Calc: group

And also on:
    • Operating system: Ubuntu 16.04.3 64-bits.
    • LibreOffice :Version: 5.4.3.2
      Build ID: 92a7159f7e4af62137622921e809f8546db437e5

The bug seems to be related to Gtk+3

I see it in all the arrows in the Customize dialog, but not in any of the triangles.

No such issue with GTK2.

Forgot to change the VCL: I tested with GTK3.

I can't see any problem with Ubuntu 18.04 and a 5x screen zoom.

Yeah, let's close. It also seems like the arrow shapes have changed (I don't remember how they looked in 2017)
