Description:
Can't finish installation of Language Tool 3.9 Extension. Shows the message: Could not create Java implementation loader.

Actual Results:  
try to install Language Tool 3.9 for Libreoffice
can't finish installation because of a problem with java loader

Expected Results:
Install the language tool
