Description:
The icon of menu button (☰) in Notebookbar does not well aligned, which shifted to the left. It should be aligned at the center.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enabling experimental feature in Options.
2. Toolbar -> Toolbar Layout -> Notebookbar

I fixed it in colibre with draw the hamburger icon not align ;-) but would be nice if it will work codewise.
