Never seen such a bug with incorrect labels.

Have tested this with OpenSUSE 42.2 64bit rpm Linux and LO 5.4.3.2 and also LO 6.0.0.0 Beta1. All labels were shown right with English user-interface and also with German user-interface.

Try to reset the user-profile ( %appdata%\libreoffice\4\user) by renaming the path "4" to "4old". So a new profile would be created and you could have a look if it works now. If it doesen't change the problem you could delete the new profile and rename the old again to "4".

Could be it is a special bug for WIN?

Resetting the user profile made that weird behaviour go away.
Comment 5 Alex Thurgood 2017-11-28 12:13:50 UTC
Given Lionel's observation in comment 4, can we set this to Resolved WFM ?
Comment 6 Robert Großkopf 2017-11-28 13:56:53 UTC
Paulo has contected me per private mail. Resetting user-profile works.

I have set the bug to RESOLVED and WORKSFORME.
