Description:
The splash screen appears, then the program crashes before any window opens.
I'm on debian and uses the official version

Steps to Reproduce:
1.start lo either by click or command line
2.Wait.
3.

Actual Results:  
The splash screen appears and disappears, the pointer becomes an hourglass, then the process ends after some time.

Expected Results:
Open Writer, calc, or libreoffice


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes


OpenGL enabled: Yes

You have to install the LibreOffice debug packages for Debian (see the wiki articcle)

LibO 5.4.4 is out. upgrade and retest.
consider also trying to reset the user profile:

I have set the bug's status to 'NEEDINFO'. Please change it back to
'UNCONFIRMED' if the issue is still present

Thanks for retesting with the latest version.
Setting to RESOLVED WORKSFORME as the commit fixing this issue hasn't been identified.
