I cannot enable both libreoffice features. By default, OpenGL is checked and the hardware acceleration is disbabled, however, this setup has some performance issues so I need to diable OpenGL and restart the application so that I can enable the hardware acceleration feature.

This issue is exclusive only to windows 10.

That is normal.

OpenGL rendering is distinct from Hardware based acceleration is distinct from CPU only rendering.
