open and save file dialogs on OS X

As a continuation of bug 89713, i checked the open and save dialogs on OS X and wondered if it is possible to localize them any more.

Both open and save dialogs are localized. Not sure what would be missing. Setting to worksforme. Please re-open if I missed something.
