Description:
Some Gallery themes (Backgrounds and Bullets) and all gallery items tooltips are not localizable.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open any LO component
2. Open Gallery in the Sidebar
3. Hover with the pointer over any gallery item under the theme list

Actual Results:  
The list of themes shows two unlocalizable theme names, Backgrounds and Bullets.

When hovering over any theme's item, the shown name is not localizable (seems to be an English filename).

Expected Results:
All above should be in Slovenian (localizable)
