Description:
When using the LibreOffice soffice.exe to open swriter documents the window height is fixed. If swriter.exe is opened directly the window height is adjustable ( the preferred choice 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Compare operation between opening soffice.exe & choosing a writer document and opening swriter.exe directly
2. Try to adjust window height with both choices.
3.

Actual Results:  
Through soffice.exe option the window height is fixed

Expected Results:
Window Heights should be adjustable


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: Yes



Additional Info:
The SOffice.exe should open swriter.exe as a separate window. Or adjust to allow height adjustment.
Tested with a new installation after upgrade and complete reset of profile.
