Description:
In Word one can add frames with little symbols (like for example christmas trees, easter eggs, hearts...) around the whoöe page.
It would be fantastic if in Libre Writer could donthat too...

Just for clarification:
Your proposal is about page borders? 
Format => Page => Borders (In this dialog should be the possibility to choose symbols instead of just a line)
Did I understand you?

Yes I meant frames around the whole page.

Hope that is an easy thing to do...

Suggestions for motives:
Hearts, Eggs, Trees, Party-Symbols, Champagne bottles, Snowmen, Palms...
