Description: Draw doesn't honor the PDF edit/print protection Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open the attached file 2. Open it with PDF viewer; notice that the file 'locked' with a password. No printing or changes allowed 3. Open the file in Draw. Press Cancel or OK (without password) for the password prompt -> File will open 4. Move the shape... and notice that printing is enabled Actual Results: A password protect file can be edited without any limitation. Expected Results: It should honor the settings, I suppose. Should we turn this report to be about either removing the prompt altogether in this case or fixing it to not be "hackable"?
