Description Maxim Monastirsky 2017-12-20 13:16:25 UTC
Steps to reproduce:

1. Either make sure to run a Xorg session, or export GDK_BACKEND=x11 when under Wayland.
2. Open Writer using the gtk3 vclplug.
3. Click on the dropdown arrow of the Basic Shapes toolbar button.
4. Drag the shapes popup window using its title to some place on the screen.

Expected results:

A floating "Basic Shapes" toolbar should appear in the same place where you dropped the shapes popup window.

Actual results:

The floating toolbar appears next to the Basic Shapes toolbar button.
