Just before the crash

How to reproduce:

  Startup: LibreOfficeDev
  Navigate: Menu>Help>LibreOfficeDev Help F1>
  Click: `Contents` tab
  LO Crashes


I had 4 extensions installed.  I uninstalled them with no change in results.

When help dialog loads it's in Index tab, not Contents tab where I would have expected it to initially be.

Crash occurs without any components loaded, e.g. no Base, Calc, .. etc.

But crash also occurs with Base loaded.
