tested under Win7 x64 it opens in 13 seconds on my PC (old machine with Intel Core i7 CPU 950 @ 3.07Ghz

it takes in real 0m17,195s user 0m2,304s sys 0m0,528s in LibreOffice 3.3.0 OOO330m19 (Build:6) tag libreoffice-3.3.0.4 while in Version: 6.3.0.0.alpha0+ Build ID: 3b518953a8141b0d5043c2f3996a92956fdc3a47 CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 4.15; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3; Locale: ca-ES (ca_ES.UTF-8); UI-Language: en-US Calc: threaded it takes real 0m10,574s user 0m2,511s sys 0m0,239s which seems reasonable. I don't think this can be considered as a bug...
