Created attachment 139248 [details] editable protected sheet with text area I got few XLSX documents from our head office. This documents contains protected sheet and contains text area where we must enter our data. The LibreOffice calc cant't edit text area on protected sheet. (Excel can do it). Also Calc can't select this textbox even sheet do not contain protected cell. To example. Attachment has fully editable protected sheet with not selectable textarea. (sheet protected with blank password) Also with some version of LibreOffice Calc don't display contents of textbox.
Not clear bug report and whether you seached for existing bugs. Please write exact steps, what's experienced and expected. And attach original XLSX.
