Mini file with reference

Open attached file. It has on the second page the word "target" set by "Set Reference". On the first page it shows the word "target", which was set by "Insert Reference".
Expected behavior: Click on "target" on the first page jumps to second page.
Seen behavior: Single click does nothing. Double-click opens "Insert Reference" dialog.

It was OK in Version: 6.1.0.0.alpha0+ (x64)

I guess once I open the document, I just need to click on 'target', isn't it ?

Yes, click on "target" on the first page should jump to second page.
