Description: If a group of cells has a border formatting applied, merging cells below or adjacent to the group loses the border formatting on all except the first. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Format the outside borders for B2:E9. 2. Merge cells F2:F8 and B10:D10 3. Actual Results: The borders on C9:D9 & E3:E8 disappear. When merge removed, borders reappear. Expected Results: Borders do not disappear - previous versions of LibreOffice worked OK. Reproducible: Always User Profile Reset: Yes Additional Info: This problem applies to both new & existing files.
