Description:
I'am working with a neglect patient. He ignores the right side of the screen.
He needs the possibilty to move the sidebar to the right side.

Actual Results:  
No possibilty to move the sidebar

Expected Results:
Possibilty to move the sidebar to the right side

Click in a free area next to the top-most label and keep the mouse button down. Move the mouse. Now you should see a dotted line. While still keeping mouse button down drag to the other side. Now you see a thick gray border. When the mouse is on the egde of the window, it will snap. Release the mouse.
