Description:
In Office Writer for linux, it is impossible to make a custom rotation of a picture, you must first make the rotation with Draw, then copy and paste the picture in Writer, and the custom rotation become possible...
(sorry for english expression but i'm french)

Steps to Reproduce:
1.insert picture
2.right clic and format picture
3.go on "image" in the box

Actual Results:  
No possibilities to do custom rotation of the picture

Expected Results:
Show tool to do a custom rotation


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No


OpenGL enabled: Yes

Additional Info:
It's possible if the picture is first rotate in the Draw module with the custom tool, then paste picture in writer module and the custom tool is present
