Description:
1. Alef fonts in share/fonts/truetype has execution bit set -rwxr-xr-x
2. Caladea and Noto* fonts are not available to regular user -rw-r-----

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install DEB packages
2. cd /opt/libreoffi/share/fonts/truetype
3. ls -l

Actual Results:  
Mixture of:

-rwxr-xr-x
-rw-r--r--
-rw-r-----

Expected Results:
Everything set to:

-rw-r--r--



Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

I've just unzipped https://dev-www.libreoffice.org/src/noto-fonts-20171024.tar.gz and all the fonts are -rw-r-----

@Timur, Could you please mention which fonts are different?

No longer valid. Already fixed.

Thanks for retesting with the latest version.
Setting to RESOLVED WORKSFORME as the commit fixing this issue hasn't been identified.
