Description:
Downloaded LibreOffice 6.0.0.3 Helppack (*.msi) crashes Mircosoft Installer.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download LibreOffice 6.0.0.3 Helppack
2. Double click to install
3. Installer shows splash screen, then windows stops installer: "application does not work as expected ..." you only can terminate the application.

Actual Results:  
Windows installer crashes or terminates in an unusual way, nothing installed

Expected Results:
LibreOffice 6.0.0.3 Helppack installed.


Reproducible: Always
