Description:
Need a explanation page of top index on Options


Steps to Reproduce:
1. start LibO
2. Open a Options
   Menu - Tools - Options
3. Appear Options
4. Click Top index of left pain
   (LibreOffice, Load/Save, Language Settings, LibreOfice Base, etc)


Actual Results:  
no explanation

Expected Results:
displayed an explanation


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No



Additional Info:
Libreoffice has not top index's page
AOO 4.1.5 has it.

As described by reporter, LibreOffice has no top index page. It was removed long time ago...
