This worked correctly up to author Armin Le Grand <Armin.Le.Grand@cib.de> 2017-09-22 15:28:33 +0200 committer Armin Le Grand <Armin.Le.Grand@cib.de> 2017-10-20 14:13:20 +0200 commit a42b0985c7619efdc934bb1cf19e5e2c2b6faea2 (patch) tree b91427e905792292220b01aba45fc80d66d19349 parent 2e001b40ad0d19c8db528bb4df739e289163779d (diff) RotGrfFlyFrame: Initial adaptions then, the image size was the same rotated or not rotated. Finally, this problem was solved in author Armin Le Grand <Armin.Le.Grand@cib.de> 2017-11-02 18:28:04 +0100 committer Armin Le Grand <Armin.Le.Grand@cib.de> 2017-11-18 13:07:43 +0100 commit 6675e6eaf999de94d49d7644d5877537fda83239 (patch) tree 588b33264a822271d2840d7d9c39dc31212f642e parent 995c75de956436606e4f313d60257285955586d8 (diff) RotateFlyFrame3: Initial support added First steps to get a rotated FlyFrame and content that only uses layouted sizes/positions and does not change the model data (except rotation). This works with persistence, after reload the rotation can be resetted with going back to the original FrameSize. Lot of stuff not yet working, experimental state. but at this problem, the issue with the caption is already reproducible. Adding Cc: to Armin Le Grand

(In reply to Buovjaga from comment #6) > *** Bug 119937 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** Dupe shows that one does not need to have a caption: it is enough to have an image anchored As character and then rotate it 90°
Dear Matthias, To make sure we're focusing on the bugs that affect our users today, LibreOffice QA is asking bug reporters and confirmers to retest open, confirmed bugs which have not been touched for over a year. There have been thousands of bug fixes and commits since anyone checked on this bug report. During that time, it's possible that the bug has been fixed, or the details of the problem have changed. We'd really appreciate your help in getting confirmation that the bug is still present. If you have time, please do the following: Test to see if the bug is still present with the latest version of LibreOffice from https://www.libreoffice.org/download/ If the bug is present, please leave a comment that includes the information from Help - About LibreOffice. If the bug is NOT present, please set the bug's Status field to RESOLVED-WORKSFORME and leave a comment that includes the information from Help - About LibreOffice. Please DO NOT Update the version field Reply via email (please reply directly on the bug tracker) Set the bug's Status field to RESOLVED - FIXED (this status has a particular meaning that is not appropriate in this case) If you want to do more to help you can test to see if your issue is a REGRESSION. To do so: 1. Download and install oldest version of LibreOffice (usually 3.3 unless your bug pertains to a feature added after 3.3) from http://downloadarchive.documentfoundation.org/libreoffice/old/ 2. Test your bug 3. Leave a comment with your results. 4a. If the bug was present with 3.3 - set version to 'inherited from OOo'; 4b. If the bug was not present in 3.3 - add 'regression' to keyword Feel free to come ask questions or to say hello in our QA chat: https://kiwiirc.com/nextclient/irc.freenode.net/#libreoffice-qa Thank you for helping us make LibreOffice even better for everyone! Please have a look at the dupe bug 147757. In that bug, I observe that the frame dimensions does not respect the rotation even in cases where there's no cropping.

Un-Ccing developer for the moment, old regression & very high workload.
