Description Jan Vlug 2018-02-07 13:54:46 UTC
When you hide a row in Calc, you cannot show it any more by using the Show Rows from the context menu.

I tested this on:
libreoffice-calc.x86_64 1:5.4.4.2-4.fc27
6.0.0.3 (via flatpak)

I'm using Fedora 27, fully up to date on Wayland, Gnome.

I did some more testing. Apparently, this issue is only there when you select the neighbouring rows, before clicking Show Rows.

Example:
Hide row 12.
Select row 11 and 13. Click show rows. Row 12 stays hidden.
Select row 10 to 13 or row 11 to 14. Row 12 is shown again.

OK, I realised what I did wrong. I used CTRL when selecting the neighbouring rows, and SHIFT when selecting more rows. When I use SHIFT to select the both neighbouring rows, unhiding works.

I leave it up to you whether this bug should be closed or kept open, because it might be useful to make unhiding also work when you select the neighbouring rows by using CTRL instead of SHIFT.

I think its was mention like you stated, using shift to show the row/column again and ctrl for other behaviour. So closing this as not a bug, if there no objections.
