Description:
LibreOffice (Writer) is set to interface language Dutch, which is reflected in the language of the interface but not in the 'Save changes' dialog.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select Dutch as interface language
2. Type text in Writer
3. Close screen

Actual Results:  
Writer will ask if you want to save changes in English

Expected Results:
Writer to ask if you want to save changes in Dutch


Reproducible: Always


User Profile Reset: No

Setting to RESOLVED WORKSFORME as the commit fixing this issue hasn't been identified.
