Description:
When I click on table tab, or if I want to open report or query, LO Base is crashed immediately. Then, when reopening the document, LO will recover it, but after that the same thing is happening  (sorry for my  bad English), 

Steps to Reproduce:
1.open file
2.click on table tab
3.crash

Actual Results:

???
