Can not reproduce, on Windows 10 Home 64-bit en-US with 5.4.5.1 release, 6.0.1.1 release, or a current 6.1.0alpha0+ master. Was not clear if the save from Draw was directly from a new Draw session (no save to .ODG) or if on reopening a fully saved ODF archive. So, I tested it both ways and unable to reproduce.
No repro with Version: 6.1.0.0.alpha0+ Build ID: e3546db362e9dfed94572d164359a0fc1eae742f CPU threads: 4; OS: Linux 4.4; UI render: default; VCL: gtk3; Seems to be fixed with dev version. Please could you test it with dev version? You can download it here: http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/
It is fixed in 6.0.1.1.
