Program Demoing the non functioning of .uno:Copy and .uno:Paste on Mac

Hi,

Sorry to report such a major bug, but both command .uno:copy and .uno:Paste simply do nothing on Mac which got me into an insane amount of trouble as I suggested switching to LibreOffice (from OpenOffice) as 90% of our Macros don't work any more.

I wrote a complex code to avoid these two commands as (getTransfereable works as long as the area is not filtered) and .uni:InsertContents also works.

I attached a nice simply demo Document so you can instantly enjoy the bugs. Simply Copy the area marked by hand and see if the Macro can replace the contents of the clipboard or can even paste it.

All of this was tested user macOS Sierra and macOS High Sierra with LibreOffice 6.0.1 for Mac (and version 5 and NeoOffice based on LibreOffice)

I repro on Windows with
LibreOffice 3.3.0
OOO330m19 (Build:6)
tag libreoffice-3.3.0.4

and OpenOffice 4.1.3
